Beads of Massachusetts: Rhodonite comes from the Betts Mine in Plainfield, MA. This is their state gemstone and varies greatly in color; from bubblicious pink, to buff, rose, coral and even some browns. Some beads have swirls of manganese oxide. To be sure - no two beads are the same! They all have the sterling universal core.
