This sterling cored bead is made from Amazonite from the  Mason Mountain Mine from Franklin, North Carolina. It's named after the famous river as well as the legendary women warriors! It is known as The Stone of Courage and Truth. This bead is crafted by the artisans at Sunapee Graniteworks.
